Just to say - if u use Richmond Roadside... u will get best care possible. :o) I was taking a quick overnight trip and was a ways into my trip...stopped at a stoplight and turned onto a major highway. Apparently very soon after that there was a really old and big nail in the road - and it went into the cornerwall of the tire. Immediately all air came out of the tire and I had to stop on the side of the road to find someone that could help. My car does not have a spare tire since is a hybrid - and from this experience I will always have a spare tire available. The common roadside assistance avenues (insurance and aaa) were completely helpless for me since they could tow me but being late in the day would require me to find a hotel and/or wait an extra day since the repair centers of the area most likely werent open on a sunday. they no longer can send assistance that can 'on the spot' replace a tire on a wheel. So thankfully I searched in google and found Richmond Roadside Assistance. :o) They have a truck mounted with in-place wheel/tire changing equipment...they quickly found a very good quality used tire that would fit my vehicle and once were onsite where I was - had me

Within a few hours of contacting Richmond Roadside Assistance, they had arrived with and installed a brand new tire to replace a blowout on my Ford F-150. I didn't didn't even realize anything was wrong because the truck was driving and braking normally. A few blocks from home, someone waved and told me my tire was flat, which I interpreted as "going flat". Once I got home and parked I realized how wrong I was. It was shredded. That was the same time I remembered I didn't have a spare. I asked Grok for advice, and was told that mobile tire replacement was the least expensive option, and the first company listed was Richmond Roadside Assistance, and reviews on Google Maps reinforced the AI advice. They discussed tire options over the phone, and texted a price quote that was fair, affordable and didn't increase once they showed up. Very professional, straightforward and reliable service. I will definitely remember Richmond Roadside Assistance should the occasion arise again, and will recommend them as well.

I have called multiple times and left a voicemail, this number is listed as a 24/7 service. I understand that my number might not be from the area but I am currently in the area and left a voice message stating so. I do need to get my tire changed as soon as possible as I am still not at my destination. These people were negligent and unhelpful and refused to take my call. I was trying to bring them business and be able to pay them but if they are not going to answer for people or respond and essentially block my number (the last time I called and went straight to voicemail) then I can't think very highly of their service. This is a warning to both the business and to people traveling through the area, if they do not recognize your area code as a common number they may very well leave you high and dry and force you into calling other services like I am. Please take heed.

We were stranded on the side of the road at night without an actual tire and this was the only spot that was open 24 hours. We called and Johnathan picked up and helped us out and was very friendly and nice for the entire process. They sent a guy (thank you Daequan) out to us the next morning and got us back on the road as quick as possible. I highly recommend Richmond Roadside Assistance.

We were visiting from out of state and got a flat. From my first call until our new tire was installed was less than 90 minutes. We were so grateful that there is a service like this. I hope we never have to use them again, but if we ever find ourselves in that situation again we would not hesitate to call them. They were awesome!
